Custom Printed Tshirts
Custom Printed Tshirts.Put your Advertising Message on Company Clothing.
Do you remember years ago seeing old pictures of the man walking up and down the street wearing a human billboard, it is called a sandwich board in the advertising world.
I doubt that you could get one of your own employees to wear a sandwich board and walk around all day - especially if it's hot or raining.
But there is another way.A really good way of promoting your company is by providing all your staff with a shirt, jacket or cap with your company name and logo on it.Your staff benefits by having the clothing free of charge, and you can probably supply it to them tax free (check with your accountant).
Your staff will then be easily identified by your customers and the public and this will project a much more professional image.
You never know where your new business is coming from.
A few years ago you would pay a fortune in set up fees and no one would talk to you if you were not about to order hundreds of garments. Due to advances in technology and printing processes it is now possible to have a logo and/or company name or slogan on a garment at very reasonable prices.
Even single garments are now possible and easily affordable.
There are two ways that you can put your logo onto a garment. One is to use a screen printing process to put your image onto the garment.
The other is to have your logo stitched or embroidered onto the garment .Both processes have their own advantages. The Printing / Screen PrintThe advantages of this process are that this can normally be done in house with a shorter learning curve. All you do is burn a screen, set up your machine, load the tshirts on, print them, run it through a dryer, then pack and ship.
The disadvantage of the printing process is that the colors can fade after a couple of years. Often the printed image can make the garment feel a little stiff.
Embroidery. The advantages of using embroidery is that you get a much better finish on most items, especially heavier items such as fleeces, as the logo is actually sewn into the garment. As both the embroidery and the garment are of similar material they will both last about the same length of time.
With embroidery you do not have any problems with the embroidery fading - in fact it should be almost as good as new even after the garment itself is well past its best. Most of the time we put company name, city, state and phone number as there is no set up charge, unless you put a picture and then it would need to be digitized. If you need any screen printing or embroidered work done we can do it for you
